Maximising impact

Bulletin Academic works with clients to maximise their engagement and strengthen their ability to create and demonstrate impact. We are experienced in helping academic institutions, research centres and think tanks to:

  • communicate their research findings
  • raise their profile with key target audiences
  • influence policymakers
  • attract research funding opportunities
  • launch new ventures
  • build collaborative/cross-disciplinary relationships

We have helped clients forge relationships and facilitate meetings with journalists and government officials, as well as assisting in preparing material to present directly to policymakers, business leaders and stakeholders.

Our team is experienced in working within the culture of academic organisations and understands the need for sensitivity when dealing with personnel who may be uncomfortable with the increasingly commercialised agenda confronting them.

Case study

A senior government minister was presented with a selection of research briefings prepared by Bulletin Academic when he visited the Nottingham School of Economics. As a direct result, we arranged for his department to meet with NSE economists to discuss the prospect of taking further one particular paper – a groundbreaking, complex study of the UK’s export potential.

Maximising impact

Maximising impact

“Bulletin really understands the opportunities and challenges facing the academic sector. By working with us to develop a strategy and promote the increasingly important agenda of research dissemination and knowledge transfer, it has propelled us to a whole new level of engagement.”
